Israel says Iran War costs top $11 billion

Israel said it has spent more than $11 billion on its ongoing conflict with Iran, with the bulk of the outlay directed toward defence, 24NewsHD TV reported on Sunday.

According to an initial estimate, the Israeli Ministry of Finance said total government expenditure linked to the war has reached 35 billion shekels (approximately $11.52 billion).

Of that amount, around 22 billion shekels have been allocated to defence-related spending, covering military operations and protective measures, it added.

The report described the figure as an early estimate, noting that the costs have already been incorporated into Israel’s 2026 national budget.
