Pakistan capable of representing Muslim world at global platforms: Fazl

JUI Chief Mualana Fazl-ur-Rehman has said that Pakistan holds a unique and prominent position in the Muslim world, adding that recent developments, including the US-Iran negotiations, have proved that Pakistan is capable of effectively representing the Islamic world on international platforms, reported 24NewsHD TV Channel. 

Addressing a ‘Dastoor-e-Islam Conference’ in Mardan, Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (F) chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman said that Israel will not be recognized under any circumstances. He emphasized that unity among Muslim countries is essential to address the challenges facing the Muslim Ummah.

He further added that Pakistan must emerge as the true voice of the Islamic world at the global level and play a leading role in representing Muslim interests internationally. 

He claimed that JUI will not bow before Israel and US. He asked the government to slash anti-Islamic laws in the country. Fazl also asked the government to curb lawlessness and restore peace in the country.
