Judicial commission to take up Justice Ayesha s elevation to SC on Sept 9

The chief justice of Pakistan has called a meeting of the Judicial Commission, 24NewsHD TV Channel reported on Thursday.
According to sources, Chief Justice Gulzar Ahmad summoned the commission meeting on September 9.
They said the meeting will mull over the posting of Lahore High Court judge Justice Ayesha Malik to the Supreme Court after the retirement of a top court judge, Justice Musheer Alam.
Justice Musheer Alam is going to be retired on August 17.
