Two dacoits killed in police encounter in Wazirabad

Two accused involved in a triple murder case were gunned down in an alleged police encounter in Palkhu Nullah area in Wazirabad, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Saturday.

According to police, the accomplices of the murder accused opened fire on the police party which was taking the accused with them. Police also retaliated and exchanged fire with the outlaws. As a result, the two accused in their custody fell prey to bullets and died on the spot.

The slain accused identified as Adnan and Zeeshan Masih belonged to Lahore. A few days ago, they looted Rs6.3 million and killed three people during a robbery.

Police said the bodies of the accused were sent to THQ Hospital.
