Special literary ceremony announced to pay tribute to Faiz Ahmad Faiz

A special ceremony under the banner of ‘City of Literature’ to pay a tribute to Faiz Ahmad will be organized at Alhamra on Wednesday, December 15.
This was announced by Lahore Commissioner Captain (Retd) Muhammad Usman in his Twitter message on Sunday, the 24News HD TV channel reported.
He said in his tweet that a grand ceremony will be held on the literary services of Faiz Ahmed Faiz under the banner of ‘City of Literature’.
Usman tweeted that a leading scholar and writer Dr Taqi Abidi will speak on the literary services of Faiz Ahmed Faiz at a special event at Al-Hamra Hall No 3 at 3 pm sharp.
