Two persons including an eight-year-old girl of the same family died Monday in an accident on Dadu-Moro Link Road in Naushahro Feroze, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

According to police, it was a collision between a passenger van and a tractor-trolley laden with sugarcane.

In the passenger van was a family that was on its way back from the shrine of Sachal Sarmast.

The deceased were identified as Syed Mardan Shah and eight-year-old Isra Shah. Eight members of the family sustained injuries in the accident.

The injured and the bodies of the deceased were shifted to Taluka Hospital, Moro.

The drivers of both vehicles, the passenger van and the tractor-trolley, escaped from the scene. The vehicles had been impounded by the police.
