Parliamentary body meets on Dec 16 to review appointment of PEMRA chairman 

National Assembly Speaker Ayaz Sadiq has convened the meeting of parliamentary committee for the appointment of chairman PEMRA (Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory Authority) on December 16, reported 24NewsHD TV Channel. 

The four members parliamentary committee will elect review the recommendations of the federal government. 

The parliamentary committee consists of four members, two from the Senate and two from the National Assembly. The opposition is also represented in the committee. The committee members include Shahbaz Babar, Raza Gilani, Sarmad Ali and Senator Ali Zafar.
