Good news: Electricity prices in Pakistan go down

Nepra has approved a cut in power tariff by Rs 1.23 per unit for a month, 24NewsHD TV channel reported.

The authority issued a notification, stating that the reduction has been made as part of the monthly fuel adjustment for December.

Electricity consumers will get relief in their electricity bills for February. The consumers of K-electric will also get relief.

The reduction will not apply to lifeline consumers.
