School timings changed until Jan 26

The Sindh School Education Department on Monday announced a temporary change in the timings of private schools across the province keeping in view the ongoing cold weather.

According to the notification issued by the department, all private schools, including those in Karachi, will now open at 9:00 a.m. until January 26. The measure aims to ensure the safety and well-being of students during the colder mornings.

The department has made it clear that all private schools are required to implement the new timings. “Action will be taken against schools that violate the notification,” the announcement stated.

School authorities across Sindh have been asked to comply fully with the directive to ensure a smooth transition and minimal disruption to students’ academic schedules.
