Yet another person who was involved in incidents of violence on May 9 has been taken into custody, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Wednesday.

Luqman Hakeem, brother of Adnan Ahmad, has said his brother’s participation in riots on that day has embarrassed him.

He has said that it is unfortunate that politicians use people like his brother for their own interests.  

He has said it saddened him when nobody visited his place to inquire about his brother who was in jail. “Whosoever talks against the state institutions misguides people,” Adnan’s brother has said, adding, “Some politicians tell people that these institutions are not our well-wishers.”

He is of the view that the ease with which Pakistanis roam freely in their country is all due to these institutions.

“This is my message to the youth not to listen to anybody who spits venom against the armed forces of Pakistan,” he has concluded.
