‘Please let her rest in peace:’ Bushra Ansari and Hadiqa Kiani request privacy for Humaira Asghar
Senior Pakistani stars Bushra Ansari and Hadiqa Kiani have requested respect for late Pakistani actress Humaira Asghar, urging fans not to share her distressed pictures as well as her family matters publicly on social media.
Taking to her Instagram handle, Bushra Ansari shared a brief video in which she can be seen expressing grief over Humaira Asghar’s tragic demise, also lamenting conflicts between her and the family. “It’s okay if the family was upset with her, but at least some of her close ones should have been in touch with her. They should not have been so unaware of her,” she added.
Bushra also requested fans to stop gossiping about her character.
Another popular star, Hadiqa Kiani, also pleaded respect for Humaira’s family matters as she did not reveal them in her life for the sake of views and fame. “Please let her rest in peace, she added in her Instagram upload.
"I urge everyone to please stop sharing Humeira Asghar's pictures and discussing her personal life. In her lifetime, she chose not to share her family matters with the public-so why now, after her death, is her family being so brutally questioned and exposed? Please, let her rest in peace,” Hadiqa wrote.
“Instead of chasing ratings or social media engagement, say a prayer for her. Shame on those who claim concern yet exploit her memory by circulating her videos, reels, and even her lifeless image. Respect her privacy, honor her soul, and pray for strength and peace for her grieving family. May Allah grant her eternal peace and comfort her loved ones in this difficult time. Ameen, she added.”
