CTD SI martyred in Buner in firing by militants

A CTD police sub-inspector (SI) was martyred as a result of firing by militants in Totalai area of Buner on Sunday, reported the 24NewsHD TV channel.

Sources told the 24News TV channel that Miskeen Zada Khan was performing his duty when unidentified persons opened fire at him, killing him on the spot.

The assailants, however, managed to flee from the spot.

Soon after the incident, a large contingent of the police rushed to the site and launched a search operation.
