Two PML-N ministers of Punjab Assembly have locked horns over the appointment of a Patwari in Gujranwala, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Sunday.

In a most bizarre tug-of-war, two PML-N MPAs keep busy in posting and transferring a certain Patwari (land revenue official) in Khiali Shahpur Circle as the poor official has been posted and transferred three times in a month. 

Sources informed that the matter of Patwari’s appointment was first landed in the office of deputy commissioner, then in commissioner’s office and now it is in the office of Punjab chief minister. 

MPA Nawaz Chauhan was of the view that Khiali Shahpur was his constituency and MPA Imran Khalid Butt was interfering in his area.

On the other hand, MPA Butt said that he was not interfering in anyone’s constituency as the matter of Patwari was in the office of Punjab Chief Minister.
