Five judicial officers repatriated from Federal Judicial Academy
Chief Justice Yahya Afridi has ordered the repatriation of five judicial officers posted on deputation at the Federal Judicial Academy (FJA), directing them to return to the Lahore High Court (LHC).
A notification has been issued, officially relieving the officers of their duties at the academy and transferring them back to their parent institution.
The officers affected by this decision include Sessions Judge Jazeela Aslam, Additional Sessions Judge Aamir Munir, Dr. Rai Muhammad Khan, Raja Jahanzeb Akhtar, and Civil Judge Shazia Munawar Makhdoom. They have been instructed to report to the Lahore High Court within the stipulated time as per official guidelines.
These judicial officers were originally posted on deputation under the tenure of Justice Mansoor Ali Shah, who assigned them to various responsibilities at the academy. With the transition of leadership, Justice Mian Gul Hassan Aurangzeb now oversees the Federal Judicial Academy.
