Online fraud scammers target model and actress Nadia Hussain

Renowned model and actress Nadia Hussain was targeted by online fraud scammers after a caller posing as an FIA officer attempted to extort Rs. 30 million from her in exchange for the release of her allegedly arrested husband, Atif.

According to details received by City 21, a suspicious individual contacted Nadia Hussain, falsely claiming to have settled matters with her husband. The fraudster demanded Rs. 30 million, threatening her to keep the conversation confidential.

“This should remain between you and me. Don’t even mention this to anyone,” the caller allegedly warned, in an attempt to intimidate Nadia Hussain.

Expressing shock and outrage, Nadia Hussain condemned the fraudulent act, questioning the audacity of preying on a distressed woman.

“I am surprised at those people who call a poor woman and tear her face apart,” she said.

“You called me ‘son.’ Your son is not good now,” she added, addressing the scammer.

Following the incident, FIA officials assured that strict action would be taken against the person responsible for the fraud call.

While details regarding Atif’s alleged arrest on fraud charges remain unclear, authorities have initiated an investigation into the attempted scam.
