Pakistan coronavirus deaths rise to 723

The number of deaths in Pakistan from coronavirus has risen to over 700.
The number of confirmed coronavirus cases in Pakistan jumped to 32,673 on Tuesday morning after 1,140 people were tested positive during the past 24 hours, the figures released by National Command and Operation Centre showed.
The active cases in the country currently stand at 22,820 as the number of patients recovering from the infection has reached 8,555.
On the other hand, the number of deaths also rose to 706 with 39 more new deaths, including the first in Azad Kashmir which was able to avoid any death till Monday when an 85-year-old died in Muzaffarabad, the state capital.
Meanwhile, Sindh again surpassed Punjab in the total number of cases as the virus has so far been found in 12,017 people across the province.Punjab is now second in the list with 11,869 cases followed by Khyber Pakhtunkhwa 4,875, Balochistan2,061, Islamabad 716, Gilgit-Baltistan 457 and Azad Kashmir 86.
As far as the deaths are concerned, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa still tops the list with 257. The detailed distribution of deaths for other regions is: Punjab 211, Sindh 200, Balochistan 27, Islamabad six, Gilgit-Baltistan four and Azad Kashmir one.
The country has now conducted 305,851 tests for coronavirus as another 10,957 people were tested during the past 24 hours.
