English subject paper of inter exam leaked in Karachi

There is no letup in paper leakages in Karachi as the English subject paper of intermediate was leaked again before the start, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

Karachi Board of Intermediate Education miserably failed to stop cheating in the examinations.

The officials of Karachi Board of Intermediate Education said that they are investigating to detect the location of the paper leak.

They further said that strict action will be taken against all those who are involved in the leakage of the paper.

Earlier, an inquiry report identified major irregularities in the Board of Secondary Education Karachi (BSEK) matric examinations, including the relocation of more than 170 examination centres, amid allegations of leaks, cheating, and administrative failures.

According to the report, prepared by a probe committee constituted on the directives of Sindh Boards Minister Ismail Rahu, the board administration changed over 170 examination centres during the matric exams. Sources said the report has been submitted to the office of the minister for boards and universities.

The recently concluded Karachi matric examinations had drawn widespread complaints, including allegations of paper leaks, bribery and administrative breakdowns that affected students’ ability to take the exams fairly.
