Bollywood star Govinda Hospitalised after losing consciousness
Bollywood veteran Govinda was rushed to Currae Care Hospital in the Joho area of Mumbai late last night after suddenly losing consciousness at home.
The 61-year-old actor reportedly lost awareness due to health complications and mental stress, prompting an emergency hospital transfer.
According to Indian media, Govinda’s close friend and legal advisor, Bandel, confirmed that the actor was brought to the hospital around 1am.
Initially, doctors were consulted over the phone, and medication was administered at home, but when his condition did not improve, he was immediately transferred to the hospital.
Govinda has undergone a series of medical tests, and reports are awaited to determine the exact state of his health. Fans and industry insiders are closely monitoring updates on his condition.
This is not the first medical scare for the actor. Last October, Govinda was involved in an accidental shooting at his residence when a licensed firearm discharged, injuring his leg.
He underwent a one-hour surgery to remove the bullet and recovered fully.
The sudden health emergency has sparked concern among Bollywood fans, who are awaiting updates on the beloved actor’s recovery.
