The Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) has foiled a bid to smuggle heroin out of the country and recovered 4.2kg dope from the bag of a passenger at Islamabad Airport, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

The ANF on Tuesday thwarted a smuggling attempt at Islamabad Airport when during checking they found 4.2kg heroin in the bag of a passenger named Ali Khan.

According to the Force, the accused wanted to smuggle the crap to Bahrain. He wanted to board a foreign airline’s flight GF771.

The accused has concealed heroin in the underneath pocket of his bag.

According to the ANF, a case would be registered against the accused under sections of anti-drug law.
