The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) on Wednesday announces Local Governments elections in Sindh on June 26.

According to the 24News HD TV channel, the ECP will hold the LG elections in different phases. In the first phase, the local polls will be held in Sukkur, Larkana, Shaheed Benazirabad and Mirpur Khas division.

As per the ECP schedule, nomination papers from the candidates will be submitted from May 10 to May 13. The scrutiny of nomination papers will be held from May 16 to May 18.

The ECP will allot election symbols to the eligible candidates on May 28 and the official result of the LG Elections Phase-I will be announced on June 30.
