CM Maryam pays respect as Data Ganj Bakhsh urs begins

Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif paid her respect on the beginning of the 982nd Urs celebrations of Hazrat Data Ganj Bakhsh (RA), reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Wednesday.

In her statement, Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif ordered to ensure peace and security during the Urs of Data Ganj Bakhsh (RA) and Chehlum of Hazrat Imam Hussain (RA).

The Chief Minister directed to make foolproof security arrangements on the occasion of the Chehlum of Hazrat Imam Hussain (RA) and the Urs of Hazrat Data Ganj Bakhsh (RA). 

Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif ordered to improve arrangements for the security and convenience of pilgrims visiting the Urs of Data Ganj Bakhsh.

Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif directed to continue the traditions of wonderful hospitality for pilgrims visiting the Urs of Hazrat Data Ganj Bakhsh.

Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif further directed to make more facilities in the arrangements of langar and sabeel for pilgrims.

Maryam Nawaz directed to pay special attention to security and traffic management around Data Darbar.

Maryam Nawaz said the pilgrims visiting the Urs of Data Ganj Bakhsh are our valued guests and they should not be inconvenienced or troubled and protection of pilgrims is top priority.
