Supreme Court rejects bails of three drug dealers
The Supreme Court has rejected the bail applications of three accused involved in drugs business and directed the prosecution to submit the challan within 15 days, reported 24NewsHD TV Channel.
A two member bench headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Yahya Afridi heard the review case of key suspects Usama, Raza Khalid and Zia Khalid.
During the hearing, Additional Attorney General Shafqat Abbasi told the court that solid evidence were available against the accused.
He said a large quantity of raw drugs were recovered from their possession and the laboratory report was also positive.
The FIA Karachi had registered a case against the accused. The Supreme Court rejected their bail applications and directed the prosecution to submit the challan within 15 days.
