Several Nadra offices of Lahore region to remain open on Saturdays as well 

On the instructions of Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi, it has been decided that several Nadra offices will remain open on Saturdays as well, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Thursday.

The decision was being taken keeping in view of growing population and registration needs of citizens. 

Under the supervision of Chairman Nadra and Director General Nadra Lahore Region, it has been decided to keep the offices open under the vision of "No Queue, No Waiting".

About 27 more Nadra centers in 9 districts across Nadra Lahore Region including Lahore will provide all documentary services to citizens on Saturday.

Nadra offices remained fully operational from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm on Saturday.

Citizens could avail the facility of renewal and issuance of CNIC and other documents.

Three Nadra Mega Centers in Lahore Region, 12 Nadra centers at tehsil level were already working to provide registration services six days a week.

Nadra Mega Center Egerton Road Lahore will also now provide national registration services to the public 24 hours a day and seven days a week.
