Drugs worth $33 million seized in Balochistan operations

The Pakistan Coast Guard has seized 43.8 kilograms of hashish in various operations against drug smuggling in Balochistan during the past one month, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Friday.
According to spokesperson, among the drugs recovered, 8 kilograms of opium and 26 kilograms of silver were recovered.
The aforementioned drugs have been seized and legal action has been initiated.
The value of the seized drugs in the global market is around $33.13 million.
The Pakistan Coast Guard is constantly engaged in preventing the smuggling of all types of drugs and illegal goods.
The Pakistan Coast Guard will continue to play its role in stabilizing the country's economy.
