The wedding festivities for actor and reality TV star Umer Aalam have officially begun, setting a joyful tone for the days ahead.
The Tamasha season 1 winner recently marked the start of his “shadi” season with an intimate dholki ceremony, attended by close friends and familiar faces from the entertainment industry.
Held two days ago, the gathering offered a glimpse into a warm, personal celebration as Umer prepares to tie the knot with his fiancée, Fizza.
The dholki was hosted in a cosy, beautifully lit setting surrounded by greenery, creating an atmosphere that felt both celebratory and close-knit. The dholki ceremony was first confirmed on January 9, 2026, when television producer Shazia Wajahat shared cheerful glimpses from the gathering on her Instagram Stories.
She wrote, "Umer weds Fizza very soon," officially announcing that the actor’s wedding celebrations were underway. The event, held at her residence, also included a casual jamming session, with several industry colleagues coming together to celebrate the couple.
Umer Aalam’s journey to this milestone has been closely followed. In December 2024, he proposed to Fizza during a flight, with the support of Fly Jinnah’s crew, creating a carefully planned and memorable moment. Professionally, Umer began his acting career in theatre in 2012 before transitioning to television, where he appeared in popular dramas such as Raqs-e-Bismil, Pehli Si Muhabbat, Diyar-e-Yaar, and Mohabbat Reza Reza.
