Why did Faysal Quraishi said no to his favourite dessert?
Pakistani actor Faysal Quraishi has revealed that he has not eaten a cake for more than a year.
The Bashar Momin actor mentioned that he has stayed away from the dessert even during his own birthday and family celebrations.
In an interview, Faysal shared that he did not eat cake on his birthday, his children's birthdays, or even his wife's birthday.
Despite admitting that chocolate cake is his favourite, he has resisted the temptation as part of his personal commitment.
Whenever a cake is being cut, he simply walks away or stands aside to avoid eating it.
Faysal Quraishi is one of Pakistan's most celebrated television actors.
Born on October 26, 1973, he began his career as a child artist and went on to star in hit dramas including Boota from Toba Tek Singh, Bashar Momin, Meri Zaat Zarra-e-Benishan and Khaie.
The son of veteran actress Afshan Qureshi, he is married to Sana Faysal and has also worked as a producer and television host during his career.
