Malala Yousafzai shares birthday celebrations reel on social media

Pakistani education activist and Nobel Peace Prize winner Malala Yousafzai has won millions of hearts again after capturing the joy of celebrating her birthday back in her homeland, Pakistan.

Taking to Instagram, she shared a heartwarming video showcasing the ultimate joy of her vision coming to life. Featuring Malala laughing, dancing, and playing games with the children, the clip shows the pure happiness education brings to these girls. This beautiful montage of smiles perfectly reflects what true empowerment looks like for Pakistan's vibrant youth.
Accompanying the post with a heartfelt caption, she wrote: "This year, I celebrated my birthday at home in Pakistan.

When I won the Nobel Peace Prize, I used the money to buy a plot of land in a remote region of my home country. The surrounding villages had no secondary school for girls and I dreamed of building one.
Today Shangla Girls School has more than 1,000 students. In our first graduating class, 22 girls went on to university. These students are proving that education can change lives, families and communities.

Pakistan is one of the youngest countries in the world: more than half our population is under 25. This week, I’ve met talented young people who are starting businesses, creating art, teaching in their communities and speaking up for change.@malalafund and our partners support girls’ education projects across Pakistan, and this work gives me great pride and hope for tomorrow. If we invest in girls, I know our future will be bright."
Malala’s soulful caption reflects a childhood dream turned into reality. Filled with gratitude and pride, her words express an unwavering love for Pakistan's future as she celebrates her birthday back home alongside her students and the nation's vibrant youth.

The heart-touching video quickly gained traction online, with thousands of people liking it and flooding the comment section with warm wishes. Comments like "Happy birthday!!!", "Happy birthday Malala! God bless and keep inspiring," and "Happy Birthday, you beautiful human! What a magnificent project," poured in from all over the world.

Malala Yousafzai is a Nobel Peace Prize winner. Today, she runs the Malala Fund to help girls get a quality education and go to school in Pakistan and around the world.
