Superstar Mahira Khan has been in constant touch with her fans via social media accounts during the coronavirus lockdown.

In a recent live session on Instagram with famous fashion designer Hassan Sheheryar Yasin popularly known as (HSY), Mahira disclosed about rumoured beau Salim Karim.

The Raees actress admitted that she is in love and said he is a blessing in her life. The conversation began with HSY saying, “You are in love now, his name is Salim.” He then asks Mahira, “When you look deep into his eyes, what is the first thing that comes to your mind?”

To this, after much hesitation, Mahira said, “There's a line in Humsafar, which I thought was beautiful, where Ashar says to Khirad, 'Pata nahi tum mujhe kis naiki kay badlay main miley ho [I don't know what I did to deserve you.] I think the same about him.”

She further adds, “I was such a heartbreaker but I realised Allah will not be too happy with my prude behaviour. I hope that we can protect this because I feel like any relationship is a long... you have to work at it and strive to make it better.”

“I feel like this for my child too. My child is someone I feel super grateful for. He is the centre of my world, everything revolves around him, but I feel the same way about him, the people I love; that there is something that I must have done right,” the Humsafar actress said.

Earlier, there were rumours that Pakistani actress Mahira Khan got engaged to entrepreneur Salim Karim in Turkey in the presence of close family and friends.

Salim Karim is the CEO of a start-up called Simpaisa, which is a Karachi-based network carrier billing company that lets people make payments directed from the Sim.

It already has partners like Marvel Games on board and is working to bring big names like Zee and Eros on board by the end of the year.
