Youth kills mother, sister in Attock

A woman and her daughter were shot dead in a tragic incident in Attock, allegedly involving the woman’s son, rescue and police officials said on Saturday.

According to rescue sources, the victims were identified as 35-year-old Samia Bibi and her daughter Noor, who died on the spot after coming under fire.

Police said the bodies were shifted to a hospital for legal formalities.

The suspect fled the scene immediately after the incident.

Officials said the motive behind the killing has not yet been determined.

The District Police Officer (DPO) Attock took notice of the incident and ordered the immediate arrest of the fleeing suspect.

Police have also launched an investigation into the double murder.
