Excise and taxation department of Punjab on Friday issued a ticket to actress Urwa Hocane for not paying token of her car. Urwa had to pay Rs39,450 token pending for many years.

The excise officer stopped the actress’ car during a routine checking in Lahore’s Defence Housing Authority (DHA).  Her sister Mawra Hocane was driving the car when the excise officer fined and handed the ticket to Mawra.
