The Sarwar Road police registered the case. The PTI chief is going to lead a rally today while his arrest can be made in this case.

Also, the court of Additional Sessions Judge Zafar Iqbal of Islamabad will take up the hearing today (Monday).

The court summoned Imran Khan in person. The Election Commission has filed a complaint under CrPC.

The election commission declared the PTI chief disqualified as a lawmaker in the Toshakhana reference.

The court issued a non-bailable warrant for Imran Khan's continued absence. However, the Islamabad High Court suspended the arrest warrant and ordered Imran Khan to appear and asked the lower court to take action if Imran Khan does not appear.

The PTI has been given permission to take out a rally in Lahore tomorrow (Monday).

When PTI leaders insisted upon taking out the rally, the  Punjab government imposed section 144 in the city, making the PTI chairman put off the rally.
