LHC 3-member bench to hear plea against ban on X tomorrow

A three-member full bench headed by Chief Justice of Lahore High Court is set to hear plea against ban on social media platform X tomorrow morning, reported 24NewsHDTV Channel. LHC Chief Justice Alia Neelam, Justice Farooq Haider and Justice Ali Zia Bajwa will hear the case on the petition of local citizen Hafiz Shakir Mehmood and others. The court has sought responses from the Ministry of Interior and Information Technology. The federal government, Pakistan Telecommunication Authority and others have been made parties in the petition.
