Trump envoy Witkoff in Moscow for Ukraine talks: official source

US President Donald Trump's special envoy Steve Witkoff has arrived in the Russian capital Moscow to present a plan for a 30-day ceasefire in Ukraine, a source familiar with his movements said Thursday.

"He is in Moscow," the source told AFP on condition of anonymity. Russian news agencies earlier reported that a plane linked to Witkoff had landed at a Moscow airport terminal.
