CNN employees’ Umrah delegation reaches Madinah

Keeping its values alive this year again, the City News Network (CNN) arranged Umrah pilgrimage for 130 of its employees whose delegation arrived in Saudi Arabia the other day, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Friday.

After reaching Madinah, the delegation of Umrah pilgrims offered the present of ‘Durood’ and ‘Salam’ at Roza-e-Rasool (SAWW).

They also offered prayers and recited the holy Quran at Masjid-e-Nabvi.

They also sought forgiveness of their sins from God.

Prayers were held for the protection and development of the country.

The delegation of Umrah pilgrims also visited Jannat-ul-Baqi Cemetery in Madinah where they offered Fateha at the graves of Ahl-e-Bayt (AS), Companions of the Prophet (RA) and other personalities.

Group Editor Naveed Chaudhry, Director News 24NewsHD Mian Tahir, Justice (retd) Nazir Ahmad Ghazi, senior journalists and analysts Sohail Warraich, Saleem Bukhari, Naseem Zahra and Amir Mir, Director Production Khurram Kaleem, Input Head Amir Raza, Controller News Hameed Naqibi, and senior anchorperson Rehan Tariq were among those who went for Umrah.

Similarly, Zaka Ghumman, Syed Zainul Abidin, Syed Sadaqat Shah, Zaheer Kahlon, Khurram Shehzad, Muhammad Kamran, Mohsin Ali, Sohaib Alvi, Atif Shahid, Saadat Mehdi, Irfan Malik, Durre Nayab, Abdul Rashid, Saud Butt, Usman Khan, and Waqar Ghumman were also part of the delegation and they visited Roza-e-Rasool (SAWW).

Moreover, Rao Dilshad Hussain, Tahir Khan, Zeeshan Nazir, Asad Nadeem, Mansoor Bhatti, Malik Ashraf, Ali Ramay, Jahanzeb Khan, Wasim Nisar, Jaffar Bhatti, Imran Siddiqui, Ali Abbas, Jamil Ahmed, Rana Ayaz, Mohsin Bilal, Muhammad Rukhsar, Adnan Ali, Ali Sahi, Shahid Sipra, Syed Akhtar Ali, Yousuf Afsar, Azad Nehrio, Zaheer Warraich were also part of the delegation.

Other employees including Ajwat Butt, Faizan Saleem, Mohsin Ali Sattar, Salman Saeed, Umar Mahmood, Saleem Akhtar, Sheikh Awais, Awais Kiyani, Muhammad Iqbal, Waqas Zaidi, Tayyab Saif, Muhammad Moeez Mir, Wasim Ahmed Mir and others were among those who went to Umrah.
