Model Town police take Yasmin Rashid into custody at Services Hospital
The Model Town police took former Punjab health minister Yasmin Rashid into custody at Services Hosptial.
She was wanted in the cases related to PTI protests. She will remain at the hospital where she was brought because of a respiratory issue.
The ex-minister was too arrested in connection with a violent PTI protest against the arrest of Imran Khan in a corruption case.
The angry PTI members damaged public property and other sensitive installations.
They stormed the GHQ in Rawalpindi, Corps House in Lahore and Radio Pakistan in Peshawar.
The violence claimed precious lives and left a trail of destruction.
PTI leader Yasmin has a respiratory issue. She has been taken to the Services Hospital’s VIP Block where senior doctors are deployed to conduct medical checkups.
A private room is being perpetrated to look after her. Prof Dr Shahzad and Prof Arif Nadeem are posted to look after the ex-minister.
