Three shooters were killed by the firing of their accomplices during a shootout between them and the CIA Iqbal Town, Lahore, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Saturday.

The CIA police was going to arrest the accomplices of the under arrest accused who were also going with the police last night. When they reached near Chung, the accomplices of the accused opened fire on the police party. As a result, three under arrest accused were killed by the firing of their accomplices. 

The slain accused were identified as Kaashan, Yusuf and Ahmed. 

Police said all three dead shooters belonged to the Lala Shahbaz gang. However, their accomplices fled the scene taking advantage of the darkness, they added. 

Police cordoned off the area and started searching for the fleeing accomplices of the dead shooters.
