Health alert issued: Punjab declares three medicines harmful to patients

Health dept issues alert over three harmful drug batches
Patients suffering from allergies, anaemia and infections should beware, as the Health and Population Department has issued an alert regarding harmful drugs.
According to the 24NewsHD TV channel report, certain seeds of sufiferazone sodium, mecobalamin and dexamethasone have been declared harmful to health.
It is confirmed in the health alert that Sufiferazone is used as an antibiotic in infections, while mecobalamin is used to treat anaemia and restore energy in the nervous system and the body, and dexamethasone is prescribed to allergy patients. 
Certain seeds of the three drugs that are harmful to health should be removed from the market immediately.
