Indian actress Mouni Roy has addressed the growing online speculation surrounding her marriage with husband Suraj Nambiar.

As rumours about trouble in their relationship continued to circulate online, Mouni took to her Instagram stories with a short public message requesting privacy and urging media platforms to avoid spreading what she called “false narratives.”

Without mentioning any report or controversy, the actress wrote, “Humbly requesting all the media houses to not publish false narratives and give us space and privacy. Please.”

The speculation reportedly began after fans noticed changes in the couple’s social media activity, including claims that Mouni and Suraj had unfollowed each other on Instagram.

The rumours intensified further after Suraj Nambiar’s Instagram account allegedly disappeared from the platform shortly afterward.

Interestingly, the actress remained active on social media and also shared heartfelt birthday wishes for her close friend Roopali Kadyan.

Posting cheerful carousal of pictures together, Mouni praised her friend’s personality and support.

Mouni Roy and Suraj Nambiar got married in January 2022 in Goa after dating privately for several years.
