Three children were killed and 26 others injured when a private school bus overturned in the Swat, 24News HD TV Channel reported on Saturday.

According to the report, the school children were on a tour to the valley and the accident occurred at the turn of the Kamta Sakhra Lalko in Swat. 

Rescue teams shifted all the injured school children to the hospitals in the Khawaja Khel and Matta areas of the valley.

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Chief Minister Mehmood Khan has shown his regrets over the accident expressed his condolences and sympathy to the family of the deceased student.

The KP CM also prayed for the speedy recovery of the injured students and directed the hospitals' management to provide the best medical facilities to the children.
