Four days has left in booking deadline under the private Hajj scheme as Hajj Ministry’s portal will be closed on the night of October 17, reported 24NewsHD TV Channel. 

The sources said 16,000 seats were available in the private Hajj scheme while bookings for 44,000 pilgrims under the private Hajj scheme have been completed. 

The Ministry of Religious Affairs has directed private Hajj operators to complete bookings on time. An awareness campaign should be launched to complete bookings on time. The Ministry of Religious Affairs has also given written instructions to private operators to expedite Hajj bookings. 

Private Hajj operators were able to book about 23,000 pilgrims in 25 days. Last year's 21,654 pilgrims will also be sent for Hajj. This year, the quota of private operators has been reduced from 90,000 to 60,000.Private operators are booking against the Hajj quota of 38,346. The booking for the private Hajj scheme started on September 19.
