Rana Iqbal, Mansha Butt take oath as Punjab provincial ministers

Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz has approved the expansion of the provincial cabinet, which will include 2 new ministers, reported 24NewsHD TV channel. Swearing-in ceremony of two provincial ministers was held at Governor House. 

Punjab Governor Sardar Saleem Haider Haider Khan administered the oath to provincial ministers Rana Muhammad Iqbal and Manshaullah Butt. 

Earlier, the provincial cabinet consisted of 16 members, including five special assistants. The decision to add a dozen new ministers follows approval from Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz leader Nawaz Sharif, who authorised the inclusion of the new members in the provincial cabinet.
