According to the 24News HD TV channel, the Sindh government did not fulfil its commitment to the NTS passed teachers to provide seats in the schools, they staged a protest in front of the Karachi Press Club.
The NTS passed teachers staged a protest for their demands and tried to go to the Chief Minister’s House but the police beat charge them when they enter the Red Zone.
The protesters tried to reach the CM House but police arrested more than 200 people while several teachers were injured during the scuffle with police.
The protesters were dispersed after the arrests and beaten charge by Karachi police but after some time they gathered again in front of the Karachi Press Club and started demonstrations.
Pertinent to mention here that the court has already given a verdict in favour of the NTS passed teachers for their appointment in the educational institutes.
