Imran Khan appeals IHC to separate CJ Justice Amir Farooq from his cases
Former Prime Minister and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf's (PTI) Founder Imran Khan appealed to the Islamabad High Court (IHC) to separate Chief Justice (CJ) Justice Aamer Farooq from his cases.
According to the 24News HD TV channel, Imran Khan expressing no trust in the CJ Justice Aamer Farooq filed a petition in the Islamabad High Court on Wednesday.
PTI Founder Imran Khan filed the petition in Islamabad High Court through his lawyers Latif Khosa, and Salman Akram Raja.
In the petition, Imran Khan requested that Chief Justice Aamer Farooq should disassociate himself from all petitions related to PTI as he has lost confidence in him.
Imran Khan said in the petition that he did not expect to get justice from Chief Justice Aamer Farooq and the lack of confidence in him is not without reason but is the result of events that have happened over a while.
