Nawabsha killings: Federal minister seeks report from Sindh police chief

Federal Human Minister Shirin Mazari took notice of the killing of six people in Nawabshah, 24NewsHD TV channel reported on Monday.

The federal minister wrote a letter to the Sindh police chief seeking a report about the killing of six people, including a police officer, in Nawabshah.

Action should be taken against the person responsible for the killings, the letter stated adding that the report be submitted at the earliest.

Reportedly, a violent clash between two clans over a piece of land claimed six lives and left eight persons injured last week.

All of the wounded sustained gunshot injuries and some are reportedly critical. SSP Amir Saud Magsi claimed that 16 suspects have been rounded up following the incident.
