Girl jumps to death from Askari XI building in Lahore

A girl has committed suicide by jumping from the seventh floor of B-2 Apartments of Askari-XI near Heer area in Lahore on Friday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
According to police, the girl named Sumayya died on the spot.
The deceased girl was a resident of Mehr Town located on Bedian Road.
The police shifted the body to a hospital for postmortem and launched an investigation.
Woman injured in blade attack
A woman was inured when her former husband attacked her in Sandha area of Lahore on Friday.
The accused stormed into the woman’s house and attacked her face with a blade, and later fled from the scene.
The woman was rushed to hospital for medical treatment.
