North Korean envoy vows to strengthen ties with Pakistan

North Korean Ambassador Choe Chang Man on Friday reiterated his commitment to strengthening the bilateral relations between Pakistan and North Korea. 

He was speaking at a luncheon the North Korean embassy in Islamabad hosted in connection with the 83rd birthday celebrations of North Korea’s founding leader Kim Jong-il. 

A documentary was also shown on this occasion on the journey of North Korea’s progress under the leadership of Kim Jong-il. A number of political and diplomatic personalities attended the event. 

On this occasion, speakers highlighted the bilateral relations of Pakistan and North Korea. The North Korean ambassador had a frank interaction with the participants on this occasion and informed them about the progress his country was making at different levels and the relations between Pakistan and North Korea.
