Two killed, nine injured as wedding bus crashes into house in Badin

A bus carrying wedding guests lost control while trying to avoid motorcyclists and crashed into a nearby house on Hyderabad Road in Matli tehsil of Badin, leaving two motorcyclists dead and nine people injured, authorities reported.

The deceased were identified as Liaqat Ali and Imran Ali.

 The injured, including Rashid Jatt, Maqsood Jatt, Mahmood Jatt, Jani Jatt, Muhammad Ramzan Jatt, Allah Rakho Jatt, Zeeshan Jatt, Aftab Jatt, and Haris Jatt, were immediately transferred to Taluka Hospital, Matli.

The bus, en route from Badin to Kotri, collided with the house after the driver attempted to swerve to avoid motorcyclists.

 Local police and rescue teams arrived promptly at the scene to assist the victims.

Police officials are investigating the incident to determine the exact cause, while residents have expressed shock over the tragic accident that marred the wedding journey.
