Gold prices dropped by Rs4,000 per tola in a day

Following the international market trend of reduction in the prices of yellow mater, the rates of gold also witnessed a big fall by Rs4,000 on Tuesday.

According to the 24News HD TV channel, the price of 24 karats pure gold reached at Rs2,21,500 per tola after a decrease of Rs4,000 per tola in a day.

Yesterday, the price of 24 karats of pure gold dropped by Rs1,750 per tola to Rs2,25,500 per tola.

On Tuesday, the price of 10 grams of 24 karats fine gold was also reduced by Rs3430 to Rs1,89,900 per 10 grams in the local market.

While the price of 10 grams of the 22 karats also decreased and traded at Rs1,74,075 per 10 grams in the Pakistani jewellers market.

In the international market on Tuesday, the price of gold also decreased by US$2 per ounce to US$1,961 per ounce.

On the other hand, the prices of pure silver of 24 karats were not changed and traded at Rs2,650 per tola and Rs2271.94 per 10 grams.
