Among those celebrating Hajra’s performance was actress Kubra Khan, who shared a viral scene from the drama on her Instagram Story and appeared highly impressed by Minha’s bold response in a recent episode.
Sharing the clip, Kubra wrote, “And this is how a verbal fly kick on the face looks like. loud clap,” using a humorous metaphor to describe the way Minha confidently shut down another character during a tense confrontation.
The comment quickly went viral among fans, many of whom agreed that Minha’s response was one of the most satisfying moments of the drama so far.

Kubra’s caption suggested that the character’s words landed as powerfully as an action-movie kick, turning an emotional confrontation into a standout scene.
The clip also featured the caption, “This is Minha’s BADDIE ERA,” highlighting the character’s transformation into a stronger and more self-assured version of herself. The phrase is commonly used on social media to describe someone who stops tolerating mistreatment and begins standing up for themselves with confidence and attitude.
Kubra also tagged Hajra Yamin, writer Sanam Zaryab, and director Mehreen Jabbar, applauding the team behind the widely discussed scene.
The appreciation for Hajra’s performance has extended far beyond a single Instagram Story. Several celebrities, including Mahira Khan and Yumna Zaidi, have publicly shown support for the actress and praised the recognition she is receiving for her portrayal of Minha.
The praise has even reached beyond Pakistan. Indian writer and producer Sutapa Sikdar, wife of late actor Irrfan Khan, recently described Hajra as an “underrated gem” and commended her ability to deliver consistently strong performances.
Responding to the support, Hajra expressed her gratitude and revealed that the recognition was especially meaningful because she has long admired Irrfan Khan’s work.
Much of the recent praise follows a highly emotional episode of Dr Bahu in which Minha discovers the truth about her husband Faizan’s relationship with Ambar. The revelation leads to a heartbreaking confrontation that allows Hajra to showcase a wide range of emotions, including shock, heartbreak, anger, and vulnerability.
Viewers flooded social media after the episode aired, praising the actress for bringing authenticity and emotional depth to the role. Many described the performance as one of the standout moments of the drama and credited Hajra for making the scene feel both powerful and relatable.
