Govt decides to hand over Islamabad Red Zone security to Rangers

The Interior Ministry has decided to hand over the security of Red Zone in Islamabad to the rangers.

According to the 24News HD TV channel, the Islamabad Red Zone security will be handed over to Rangers from March 20 to April 2.

The sources said that Rangers and FC personnel will be deployed on important buildings and highways in the Red Zone in Islamabad.

The sources said 1,000 Rangers and 1,000 FC personnel will secure the area and formal notification of it will also be issued soon.
